The main Architect stated above is the Architect of Shangrila Hotel Resorts, Singapore and their Properties in the far East.
The scope of the project was to be revised to be a Super 5 star type concept of 120 rooms in the main structure and 30 exclusive luxury Villas with variety of Restaurants, Banquet Halls for seminars and receptions, Sports centre and Spa. All to cater to up market local and foreign clients. The design concept was discussed in detail at various meetings in Singapore, which would inter alia be like those in Bali, Indonesia.
Due to the free trade zone and the Airport and to the metropolis this would be a super Hotel in our research.

At present we had the soils test and the structural drawings been done. It is one of the last Hotels in Negombo approved by the Tourist Board and there will be no other approval given for any Hotel in that area.
